Job Description

RW Little is seeking a Store Sales Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to help preserve the city’s historic beauty and cleanliness. You will be joining our team as a Store Sales Associate to work on challenging, cross-functional projects across the organization. In this role, you will work effectively leading projects for stakeholders to support our mission to Make every project rewarding. These projects could include sandblasting, powder coating, marine coating, etc.

 

What You Will Be Doing

·       Assess customer needs and offering solutions

·       Ensure store is clean

·       Communicate with customers using email, phone, video call, in-person

·       Carry out project reviews and lessons learned upon completion; gather feedback, implement issue detection processes, and take action to make improvements

·       Leverage partnerships with stakeholders to effectively project manage solutions to important and complex business issues

·       Plan, execute and complete projects:

·       Create and maintain project roadmap and charters

      • Manage resources on projects from concept to launch with responsibility for schedule, materials, risk, and quality management.

·       Set project goals, identify key wins and risks

·       Oversee day-to-day tasks and maintain documentation to accurately report on progress

·       Facilitate meetings, assign clear action items and follow-ups

·       Provide weekly statuses to stakeholders across active projects

What We Are Looking For

·       Bachelor’s in business or related field a plus

·       Strong time management skills and ability to quickly shift from one project to another

·       Ability to be self-directed and perform at a high level in a dynamic environment

·       Experience managing customer expectations

·       Good communication skills both written and verbal

·       Work effectively with others on project teams while demonstrating personal accountability, leadership, and integrity

·       3+ years of experience working with sandblasting, paint, or construction.
