What is the typical turnaround time?

• Sand blasting:  3-5 Business days

• Powder coating: 5-7 Business Days

• Marine coating: 10-14 Business days

What is sandblasting?

• Roughen or clean a surface with a jet of sand driven by compressed air

• We offer two types of blasting services, sandblasting and bead blasting

What is bead blasting?

• Bead blasting also known as abrasive blasting, is a service that uses small glass beads for cleaning, peening, sheen surface finishing, and general cleaning of tarnished components

What is powder coating? 

• Powder coating is a dry coating process used as a metal finish mostly on industrial equipment. Powder coating is applied as dry powder through an electrostatic process, then cured with heat. It can be used on different surfaces, including metal, concrete, steel, and plastic

• Our powder coating ovens are 20’ in length, 2 yards wide and a 7 ½’ height

Do you do any on site work?

• Absolutely, we are more than happy to commute to your business/home for onsite sandblasting services. We do not do small projects on site

Are you able to work with wood items?

• Yes! When wood gets blasted it removes material so we blast at ¼”. Cost is dependent on the size of the piece and the desired blasting depth (if exceeding ¼”)

  Attention: We blast wood on Wednesdays

Do you offer chroming or galvanizing services? 

• Unfortunately, we do not provide this service

Are you able to do custom colors?

• Yes! Bring in a sample of the color you would like for us to use on your items and we are more than happy to place an order for the job
